Our Quality
At Tullyelmer, quality is not a department. It is a culture built over three decades of farming, processing and supplying premium meat from Northern Ireland. From our farm to the customer’s plate, every step is controlled, recorded and accountable.
Three Generations. One Standard.
Tullyelmer Farm was established in 1994 and today stands as the largest producer of venison in Ireland, with up to 600 deer on site and all of Ireland’s Red Deer breeding stock originating here. We know everything about our deer, from their bloodline to what they have eaten throughout their lifetime.
That same generational knowledge and obsession with provenance now extends to our beef operation. Our processing plant, built and refined over years of venison production, is a ready made foundation for beef processing to the same exacting standard.
This is not a business that has stumbled into meat processing. It is one that has been perfecting it for thirty years.
Building Towards Best in Class Certification.
Tullyelmer is committed to operating to the highest standards of food safety and traceability. Our venison operations have been developed in line with industry best practice, and we are currently working towards formal third party accreditation for our beef processing operation, including BRC Global Standards.
Our systems, records and procedures are designed from the ground up to meet and exceed what those audits require. We welcome buyer audits and are fully open about every stage of our process.
