The Tullyelmer Group unites our finest local farmers in the production and marketing of consistently high-quality, fully traceable meat — both our celebrated Irish venison and, now, premium Irish beef. We are a collective of farmers, butchers and processors focused on one goal: to position Tullyelmer product among the best in the world.
Tullyelmer Farm
Established in 1994 and three generations later, Tullyelmer Farm is now the largest producer of venison in Ireland with up to 600 deer, and all of Ireland’s Red Deer breeding stock originates here. We know everything about our deer, from their blood line to what they have eaten in their lifetime. We can guarantee consistency in our product. Our provenance is clear and the unique character of Tullyelmer Venison is all the richer for it. This is food traceability at its best.
Track Record
Food and risk don’t go well together. Our standardised systems and processes mean we can track every product throughout its journey from field to fork. Whether that product is venison or beef. Every member of our group can see that standards are maintained throughout, raising the specification of everything produced under the Tullyelmer name.
